Thank you Onesmallstar!


It has been rather quiet on the pink milk front of late, as we've both been away and working hard in our day jobs, so I was delighted to see that back in early July, onesmallstar, who also happens to make beautiful jewellery, had featured us in her Etsy Wedding blog. A lovely surprise, especially as she used the Got the Measure of You brooch to illustrate an hilarious tale of strapless bridesmaid's dresses and 'intimate enhancement' for those with less up top.

He could breathe underwater because he had amphibious nostrils... the camera batteries are dead and I can't post anything on Etsy and made a lovely necklace today and I need to re-do photos anyway because they're not very good and I'm annoyed and so I put on Mr Scruff. Feed my fish.

Haute couture week in Paris

A season full of rival anniversaries - John Galliano celebrating ten years at Dior as the label clocks up sixty, Christian Lacroix ringing in twenty years and Valentino ditching Paris for Rome as he plans the party of all parties for the 45th anniversary of his fashion house - was always going to involve retro frocks and the words 'in hommage to' gracing just about every catwalk report going. But amid the hair pulling over who threw the best anniversary soiree were some of the gems the Paris couture audience rely on to justify next year's front-row seat. Here are a few...
