We finally made the decision and signed for the flat on Thursday. Here starts three moths of nightmare financial admin and hard labour before we move in...
Congratulations! Now you have to show us photos and give us blow-by-blow on all the hard labour (ok, you probably won't have energy for that last part.....)
It could still all go wrong as in France you sort the mortgage out after signing for the flat (which feels a bit precarious!) so won't tempt fate with any photos yet...
